A lot of deads and stales now. It’s because of too low startup shares difficulty and it will become to normal later.

P.S. The NVC P2Pool target shares rate is 1 share per 30 seconds. Also don’t forget to update your NVC client to 0.3.2. It’s required for p2pool.
